I received my first ever Reiki session from Jennifer Smith. The experience was wonderful. Jennifer explained everything that she would be doing and made me feel very comfortable with the process. I noticed a difference immediately in my energy level and general feeling of well-being. Additionally, the pain I had been experiencing was gone and did not return. Admittedly, I am a bit of a skeptic by nature but at the same time I do seek a balance to that way of thinking.
