Reiki Session
1 hour | $77
A session is usually 60 minutes long. The client will rest comfortably on a massage table on their back with their shoes only removed. As a Reiki Practitioner, I will connect to the divine energy and offer it to those areas where your body needs it most, also ensuring the major energy centers (or chakras) are also balanced. Reiki can be administered by a light touch or a hands-off approach. I utilize a hands-off approach during the session, where my hands are slightly above the body. The energy experience is very pleasant and relaxing. It will help alleviate physical, mental, or emotional energy imbalances.

Avesa Quantum Balancing®

A very ancient spiritual healing method passed down for thousands of years by learned Yogis .
Clients will rest comfortably on a massage table on their back. The practitioner will use pyramids, Egyptian Healing Rods. These healings focus on energetic clearing and balancing of all the chakras or energy centers in the physical body and restore their natural ascended state.
Distance Reiki : Quantum Healing
1 hour | $88
Avesa Quantum Balancing (& Reiki too!) sessions can be performed remotely. Prior to the session, we will talk on the phone (or via zoom). During the session, it is recommended that you are lying down in a non-distracting environment. Remove shoes. Silence your cell phone and remove any devices that could cause distractions, such as fit bits/smart watches. Many clients also play soothing, calming music during the session. The objective is to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible to enjoy the experience. This can also be scheduled while you are sleeping at night!
Egyptian Healing Rod Workshop

Reiki Training Courses: Attunement
All classes will be instructed by Jennifer Smith, Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. The teachings are Traditional Usui Reiki. Despite all that is accomplished with Reiki, it is a natural process, therefore easy to learn. The training sessions are designed to be very casual and beneficial to people of all ages and backgrounds.
There is continued support for all via bi-monthly meetings. These opportunities provide an environment for like-minded individuals to network, build self-confidence, begin healing, ask questions and share information.

Reiki Level I
3 hours | $111
In the level I class, participants are taught the basics of Reiki healing, including hand positions. This class will teach you how to bring Reiki healing comfort to other people, yourself, and your pets. Training includes handouts, attunement, and certification.
No prior experience in health care or natural healing is required.
Reiki Level II
3 hours | $144
Participants will learn three Reiki symbols known as the “sacred keys” of Reiki. The Reiki symbols unlock and activate the higher Reiki energies. You will learn what each Reiki symbol represents, how it works, and practice using the symbols and techniques. You will be able to give Reiki to anyone, anytime, anywhere. There is no such thing as time and space when it comes to Reiki.
Level II class is open to anyone who has previously completed Level I. Training includes handouts, attunement, and certifcation.
Reiki Level III
5 hours | $333
Participants will be able to teach others and pass attunements.
Level III in traditional Usui Reiki is the Reiki Master/Teacher level. It is open to anyone who has completed Level I & Level II. This is an all inclusive 1 day class, which includes handouts, attunement, and certification.
